My name is Yaakov Solomon, married with 2 children. After approximately 20 years of management experience in the high-tech industry, in 2011 I decided to turn to the world of real estate — a field that has always fascinated and captivated me.

Until 2017, I worked as a senior broker at leading agencies in the Kiryat Ono area, led dozens of successful transactions, and earned recognition from both clients and colleagues alike.

In 2017, I founded King Solomon Real Estate, a boutique agency specializing in the representation, brokerage, and marketing of luxury properties for sale and rent in Savyon and the Beka'at Ono area. Over the years, as our activity expanded, the agency became a limited company operating to high standards of professionalism, transparency, and personal service.

Throughout our years of operation, we have built a quality client database of over 5,000 active buyers and sellers, enabling us to match each property to a precise and transaction-ready audience.

Our approach is client-focused — we act with determination, responsibility, and without compromise, until the transaction is completed to full satisfaction.

King Solomon works in collaboration with additional professional brokerage firms and operates an extensive marketing system that includes digital advertising, outdoor signage, presence on leading platforms such as Yad2 and Madlan, and unique promotion plans tailored to each property.
